Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the TesselUnits service.
2. Service Access
Access to the service requires the creation of a user account with a valid email address.
3. Service Description
TesselUnits provides :
- access to features depending on the subscribed plan,
- allocation of credits,
- downloading of digital models derived from available creations.
Credits are not used to create content but solely to download digital models.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are available on a :
- monthly or yearly basis,
- including credits and feature access.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Credits included in a subscription do not expire. Any remaining credits are forfeited upon account deletion.
5. Credit Purchases
Users may purchase credits on a one-time basis, independently of any active subscription.
Credits :
- have no monetary value,
- are non-refundable,
- are non-transferable.
Credits are linked to the user account and are non-transferable.
6. Model Usage Rights
Models available on the platform are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Public gallery models are for personal use only.
- Free and Pro accounts allow personal use only.
- Commercial accounts authorize commercial use of downloaded models.
No transfer of ownership rights is granted. Redistribution of raw models is prohibited.
7. Payments
Payments are processed via a secure third-party provider (Stripe).
No payment card data is stored by the service.
8. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund.
Account deletion results in the deletion or anonymization of data not subject to legal retention obligations.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”.
The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be held liable for service disruptions beyond reasonable control.
Any abusive use of the service, including automated mass downloads or circumvention of normal usage limits, may result in account suspension or termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All models and content available on the platform remain the property of the publisher or their respective rights holders.
Usage is limited to the terms defined within the service.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Terms may be updated at any time.
Users will be notified of material changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
13. Code of Conduct and Moderation
TesselUnits is a respectful space for creation. Users are prohibited from creating, publishing, or sharing any content (images, titles, descriptions) that incites hatred, racism, violence, or discrimination (including religious, sexual, or ethnic discrimination). Hate symbols (e.g., swastikas), insults, slurs, and any elements that could harm the integrity of individuals, legal entities, or groups are strictly forbidden. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete, without notice or compensation, any account that fails to comply with these rules of conduct.

By accessing Tessel Units, you agree to these terms. Our services allow you to convert images into 3D printable files.
Subscriptions & Credits
Payments are processed via Stripe. Credits are used for 3D exports. Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the images you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use the images you upload.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods (credits and 3D files), all sales are final once credits are consumed or files are downloaded.
Product Safety
Products printed from TesselUnits models are not suitable for children under 3 years old. They contain small parts that pose a choking hazard (CE - EN 71-1 standards).
